Grandparent's Breakfast

Grandparent's breakfast is Friday, August 30th.  Please come from 7:15 until 7:45 and have breakfast with your grandchildren.  We look forward to seeing you.

           Kindergarten Sink and Float

We had out first STEM lesson today.  The kids were working on a sink and float experiment.  Students worked in cooperative groups to design and build a boat.  Then they tested to see how many bears their boat would hold.  We were discovering the engineering process of  brainstorming ideas, making a design, planning for materials, creating an object, testing it and then evaluating and improving their design.  What a wonderful day!  Check out the photos.
